Christmas Round 2 (AKA Boxing Day)

So i went to my Dads house today to spend some of Christmas with him. I arrived earlier than i wanted at about 11 and promptly opend my presents with the main one being my new killer Graphics card. An ATi HiS X700 with GDDR3 memory to be precise Pictures below. With the new graphics card installed i now have a pretty bling system with my 3100+ 64bit processor and 768mb of ram. Thus i can now play Battlefield 2 at high detail at 1024×768(probably better but i only have a 15″ monitor). I can also run Source games with antialiasing, anistropic filtering and HDR Full bloom enabled at 60frames per second. I mean the Fan on this thing is so large it looks like it came from some sort of light Aircraft. But alas my day is getting shorter and i really think that i should go play some more Battlefield now that i actually can.

Merry Christmas, Part 2

So this year i recived some great christmas gifts such as a Fujifilm finepic A345 digital camera, a nice new flashy pen drive and a copy of GTA liberty city stories for my PSP.But aswell as the great gifts there were also some odd gifts such as a Safe…. sounds odd.. No , well ill let you decide on that one.

Hey peeps i just thought i’d login while i had a break in the schedule to wish everyone a very merry and drunk Christmas. So heres to you chums.

Kong, best film of the year?

So on friday night i trecked up to the cinema in town with a bunch of friends to see the long awaited King Kong. Now, I have been waiting for this Film ever since i watched the original trailers back earlier this year and to be honest it was a good Film and i did enjoy it, but the problem was it was Three hours long and this is the biggest gripe I have with Kong, it did feel Three hours long. I have to say it could have been cut alot better, where as Peter Jackson decided that he wanted a five or six minute scene with Kong falling around on some Ice in Central Park. But as far as Cinematography goes Kong was Excellent and Jackson had used some brilliant colour pallettes throughout the Film which made it very easy to watch and very enjoyable. So other than the long sequences Kong was pretty damn good. It just pips Star Wars Episode 3 to the best Film of the year award from Herman

New Blog… Again

This is the third blog adress i have had in the past three months and while there is nothing wrong with the innereyes hosting to be honest i love the freedom i get from it, the only problem being that Russ and the team at innereyes are being fucked over under and everywhere abouts they can be with Viruses. So for the time being anyone who wants to hear from old Man Herman is going to have to come here. There’s also nothing wrong with this service either but, i like my innereyes blog so as soon as everything is sorted out over there i doubt this site adress will be in action anymore.
